The overall process took less than 48 hours and the building management was very accommodating with my requests. Overall my initial impression of Kings Club and its building management team was great, and I highly recommend them.

They have the best amenities in Toronto. Manny Palomar is hands down the kindest and most reliable property manager i've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you're looking for a fun and energetic community to live in, look no further than the Kings club!

Dan Dumitru, the property leasing consultant is the best person to get in touch with. He is patient with all the questions, gives a guided tour and most importantly, works with you to find something suitable to your needs and requirements. Highly recommend the place for great location and helpful leasing consultant Dan.

She was quick to help me see the apartment, and even offered to get the place cleaned up at a quick pace so I could move in earlier. And when I had issues with applying on the website, she gave me a call and helped me through herself. The place itself has wonderful amenities and is in such a nice area; you’re right on top of a Shoppers Drug Mart, so if you’re ever in need of a quick shop, it’s super easy. Not to mention it’s one of the safer buildings I was in while shopping around for apartments. And the rooms have a ton of light, even the ones that face other buildings. Highly recommend this place!

She was very professional and diligent from start to finish- and cordial during the showings. The leasing office at 1100 King St is filled with empathy and good energy. You don’t see this much in that setting. I can absolutely recommend this building- and I’m not sure what’s happened with the some other reviews. This specific office is the gold standard for finding a place you like and process behind it.

I had visitors during the holiday season and they all commented that the lobby looks like a five star hotel, tastefully decorated and welcoming. The display was used by all of us as background for wonderful selfies. Thank you, Manny and Angelica for the wonderful service you provide!

The building is kept very clean and well maintained. The social events they have are creating a community atmosphere despite the pandemic. Looking forward to seeing the upcoming renovations in the amenity rooms.
