S	Sanjay Gupta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New scam by developer XO Condos at King & Dufferin. When U book condo, Agreement to Purchase has NO Square footage anywhere. Their floor plan has NO dimensions of any room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony. How will any bank approve you of a mortgage which they want in 60 days from Tier 1 bank. On possession, in 2022 or later, (if they don’t cancel B/4), if they give 40-50 feet less, then U have no recourse. Because they are not committing to any square footage. Basically, after price increase, they may not cancel but would give less area. Charging $1000/sq ft that is a big loss. And they purposely give agreement in USB so probably you wont see it & will let 10 days pass. Then you are stuck with it. My friend booked 6 days ago but hasn't seen the USB yet. Today I booked, gave cheques & insisted on a printout. At first they refused many times but I consistently insisted. Finally they gave and then I found out. I cancelled immediately.

M	Morat Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update : Updating my preview from 1 star to excellent 5 Stars because "Jonathan " from LifeTime Development came in person to investigate the construction guy and corrected the situation right away . I was impressed with how Jonathan dealt with it professionally , very pleased with the outcome . Thank You , 5 stars is yours , you earned it :) in March 29, 2019 at approximately 9:45AM I was passing by the XO Condos building /( LifeTime Development ) and there was a man wearing orange construction jacket Blocking the Side Walk & yelling at people to walk on the street because he is washing the front of the building . He has no safety zone on the street to keep the cars from running over people , so I told him " I don't think you can do that and tell people to get off the side walk and walk on the street when you do not have a safe walking zone " .... This guy he starts yelling at me and telling " This is not your F@#&ing business and go back to your F@#&ing life " . I took my kid to his daycare and came back and filmed what equipment he had at the corner , he wasn't there when i filmed " but i guess he saw me from somewhere then he came back and walk to me after 10 minutes yelling at me saying you can not film me i will take your phone and break it ! I reminded him that I will call the police if he does that . What this guy he thinks he is doing ? does he think he is above the law ??

They are pushy and do not pay attention to what you say. I have blocked their numbers. Hopefully this will resolve itself now

I for one can't wait to sell my kidney to a friend I met on craigslist so I can afford to rent a bachelor for my wife and I. I'm sure we'll figure out where to put our three kids once I get through surgery. The last time I had a kidney removed the doctor said I was a quick healer, so I should be enjoying the view from my bed of my XO condo quite quickly. 10/10 would Condo again
