★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible 3 years. Amazing building, was on the third floor no major noise issues. Absolutely gorgeous jaw dropping unit, great neighbors, awesome neighborhood and unit. Loved our time there!

Cons : very noisy. We didn’t last and had to sell after 3 years. Especially the units with wooden ceilings. The walls are paper thin and on top of that there are a lot of party people who don’t care about the neighbours. So good luck unless you want to have an ulcer. The solution is buying the penthouse units or double floor ones to get rid of at least top floor noise. Provided that you spent over $1M.
