We brought it all to this place and Jaime persevered to figure out how to fix it. Took almost a half hour and fixed it and didn’t charge. Or want money for it. Wow. So nice!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the store is an angel. I was stranded with a broken bottom bracket and needed to bike 130 km home on a Sunday. They luckily had the part, but the mechanic wasn't in. She kindly let me borrow tools, and then brought in her husband with a blowtorch when it seemed hopelessly seized. I was able to get back on the road again, even while the store was quite busy, thanks to her determination to fix me up. And the prices for parts and labour were downright cheap! Thank you so much, you're a gem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such an amazing experience with 360! We rented bikes for the three of us to ride the G2G. They were very responsive, and so helpful when we arrived. We didn't have cell service, and they found us directions to our Airbnb and took extra time to draw us a map to the trail. Can't recommend this friendly well stocked store enough! Thank you!

I got a call from Bikes & Boards and went down the same day and made my purchase.Jaiden was so professional and knowledgeable plus friendly & kind. What a great employee! This is so convenient for me to do my errands. Its like My Tesla as no gas required! Bonus that it gives this senior exercise. The bike is made in Canada & North Carolina. No low quality bikes here! It came with a great warranty & service in Bikes & Boards.
