★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unit 69 is a horrible driver. Cut us off on the freeway and weaving in and out of traffic down Boundry Road cutting more people off. If you’re going to let someone drive your company vehicle, make sure they drive with respect to other drivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accidently broke my glass patio door on Sunday morning. 24 hour glass was called by 8:30am and the glass door was replaced well before noon. They did a good job as well as cleaning up any shards of glass. I would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I feel really bad for the business owner because, their employees are not actually looking for the interests of the business, I requested a quote on the 5th of March, I called back several times to follow up on it, & i really cannot understand that after 2 weeks they are not able to provide me with a quote for this job. I guess they don’t really need my business.
Like I said I really feel bad for the business, because somebody is not doing his/her job.
Anyway there is a lot of companies out there so would appreciate my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the glass in my bay windows replaced by 24Hour Glass and was really pleased with their service. Would recommend this company without hesitation.
PROS:
• All staff were exceptionally courteous.
• Best price of the five places I contacted (two didn't reply). I didn't pick them because of lowest price, I look at many factors before deciding.
• Family-owned (that's a plus in my books).
• Took care of details far beyond expectation.
CONS:
• Took 3 business days to respond to quote request. Turns out that this seems to be the industry standard. I don't have a problem waiting 3+ days to receive a quote, but it would be nice that quote request is acknowledged beforehand.
