I just want to say thank you to manager Michael, he is very experienced with Mercedes. My 2016 c300 side mirror was damaged and i thought the entire unit needs to be replaced. Got quote from a number of body shops that i need to replace the mirror for at least 1200+.
We came across Michael at Kirmac, he receipted us at 5:30pm on Friday, and he fixed the mirror in 30 minutes, he did NOT charge us at all. We are really appreciated that we met Michael and I would highly recommend him if you need help with auto repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars service and work. Got my rear end fixed on my mustang GT and I gotta say. Impressive work and attention to detail. Also somewhat cleaned my car afterwards. Something I didn’t expect at all! Not to mention all the prompt updates via text by Jaden throughout the two weeks. Jaden has superior customer service skills and is very friendly and really raises the bar for how to treat customers! In this day and era, it’s very rare coming across competent people like Jayden. Kudos to management for hiring and retaining such talented staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my M2 to Kirmac for repairs not long time ago. Kirmarc is very close to where I live so I decided to give them a shot. John the manager inspected the car and have the parts ordered before I drop off so the repairs would be more efficient and quicker. I’ve been updated regularly with the repairs through the entire repair process. It only took them less than 2 weeks for an almost $10000 repairs. The quality of the repair is stunning and they even refilled my windshield fluid as customer service! Overall I’ve had only positive experience with Kirmac. Highly recommended this repair shop in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got broken in twice and have them deal with it. Staff are very accommodating and direct. Happy with the service they provided. Also, location-wise, they are not far from enterprise for car rentals. You only have to wait for 5-10mins for your rental car to arrive.

I was provided updates via text during the week while the car was in the shop (which I really appreciate) and the work they did was fantastic. They even helped fix up another spot on the car that was not on the original quote, free of charge. Great customer service. Highly recommend their services to anyone.

They did an excellent job replacing the window and also repairing the trims and interior scratches from the glass. Thank you for your professionalism and quality workmanship. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an excellent experience at Kirmac today getting my windshield repaired. I was in and out within an hour, no appointment, and I had two areas of damage that needed to be fixed. John really went the extra mile, I really appreciate it. It's pretty incredible that glass repair proceeds go to Children's Hospital.
Note: for glass repair, no need to call ICBC, it's all done at the repair shop.
