Big disappointment go to any other competitor on Dundas a few doors down! The fried chicken and fried egg was dunked into the broth. The beef was cold. The service was lackluster... and not all the kitchen staff were wearing masks.

Highly recommend that you stop by for some Ramen when in Toronto. They hand roll their noodles, which adds another level and the broth is amazing. The staff are very welcoming and quite friendly. ??

Found this place late while walking about near my hotel. It was my first time trying ramen and it was delightful. The ramen was delicious and crispy chicken was perfectly cooked. I loved the sauce for the chicken too. Their black sesame pancakes were great. A little sweeter than I’ve had before but still fantastic. The staff was kind and quick to take care of us.

Noodles were exceptional. Solid broth. Could have used more heat. But the taste was. Ambiance of noodles being prepared was nice touch.

Fantastic la mian (stretched noodles). Broth was flavorful and the noodles were chewy and fresh made. Tried the 1915 dish and the spicy beef, both tasted great. Service was decent despite the late hour and busy kitchen.

Great restaurant! Very courteous and nice staff, particularly the woman who was serving me and my friend today. Great broth and great portions. Noodles are nice and chewy (I ordered the flat 'curtain' noodles and they were amazing!) The bowl I ordered (with beef balls, tripe, beef slices, and fried chicken and an egg) also comes with a good portion of meat for these types of noodles.

Really delicious Lanzhou-style beef noodle soup restaurant. By ramen, this is not the Japanese style ramen but the Chinese style pulled noodles. Staff is not fully fluent in English but has really quick and really conscious of their customers. Staff was quick to seat us and provide us with laminated double-sided menus. There were lots to pick from and was handed a recycled paper to write our order on the paper and record our contact info for tracing purposes. We also got complimentary side dish of what we believe is preserved chayote. We ended up ordering the A01 Hand Pulled Noodle with Beef, Beef Tripe, Beef Ball, Fried Chicken & Egg and A02 Hand Pulled Noodle with Beef. Their dishes come with broth, two white radish, coriander garlic sprouts, some oily peppers and hand pulled noodles. You can hear the noodle chef make the noodles in person as he pulls the noodles several times and hits the noodle mixture on the counter top. Very authentic! The A01 and A02 dishes were very delicious and very filling. (Some people may not like their A01 Fried Chicken submerged, but we were okay either way) Their noodle soups are pretty huge in portion sizes and really good in value. The staff were all on the ball with water filling, checking on customer experience on food, and cleaning up bowls/table. No issue on paying for our food either. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would come back again! Also side note, the restaurant's name commemorates the founding time of Lanzhou Beef Noodles back in 1915 by Ma Baozi.
