Lived at this building for 2 years, i must say it was one of the best living experiences i've had in my life! Very well kept and lots of friendly people living there, great neighbourhood as well. Highly recommended!

Changing my review back to 5 stars after they FINALLY fixed the issue regarding the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, every night, for nearly 2 weeks. Suites are clean and modern, key fob entry + working buzzer, and the gym is easily the best "apartment gym" there could be, with an actual rack + barbell + pulley machines. The new site manager Chantal appears to be settled in and is quick at responding to complaints & requests

Lived here for almost 2 years, never had an issue minus a couple things in my suite that needed maintenance. The real plus of living here wasn't the wonderful, safe, quiet location downtown, or the beautiful spacious condos, the AC, the modern appliances, or the buildings amenities. It was the attentiveness and unmatched work ethic of the building manger Chris. Not only would he respond quickly and friendly to whatever needs you had, he made everything a pleasurable experience, took your needs above his, and did it all with a smile and while cracking jokes. This guy deserves a raise for the amount of work he does to keep his tenants happy and im sure you can read about it in all the other reviews too. Stand up guy!

This place was fine to start. The building manager Chris was the best. But for months we had a tenant above us smoking non stop. Stale cold smoke made our apartment smell of smoke so bad that when we woke up we had sore throats. The building company wouldn’t help becuase they couldn’t afford to lose profits. We were told there would be some form of compensation but we never got it. 4 months of misery and they put profits over us. Never ever go to this place. So thankful to get out

Best Site Manger Ever! Shout out to Chris!! You deserve a raise for all you do around the clock. Thanks for the underground bike rack and being so organized and good at your job.

I am very happy to call 100 House my home. Suites are beautiful and modern. I would like to thank building manager Chantel for answering my questions and concerns promptly. Moving process in general was very stressful, but she ensured that I don't face any difficulty. She is very hard working and professional :)

I just signed my lease today and I couldn’t be happier or more excited. The suites are bright and modern and the site manager Chantal was very kind and helpful. I asked a lot of questions and she was very knowledgeable and considerate with someone who knew nothing about leases as this is my first time renting.

Was an amazing building to live in because of the previous site manger, Chris. He truly was the most helpful, kind, and attentive site manager I've ever had. Though he has, unfortunately, moved on and the building is significantly worse off for it. The new management is far less helpful and more issues have arisen since his departure. The amenities in the building are on par with other apartments in the downtown core however the building is older and in need of repair or renovation in some common areas. The units are unique and newly renovated with new appliances. Could find comparable units for cheaper. All in all, not the same without a good building manager, nor worth the price anymore. Would have rated a 5/5 a month ago when Chris was at the helm but things have taken a turn.
