We are extremely pleased with the advice and service provided by the Zorra team, right from the initial sales consultation to installation suggestions and David's answers to our questions during the entire process. The installation crew of Derek and Kaiden were courteous, knowledgeable and professional in not only setting up the hot tub, but going through the start-up procedure with us. We met David at Zorra Hot Tubs and Swim Spas, and he was informative, provided things to consider when shopping, options, and support in the decision making process. Our excitement got the better of us, but that was primarily due to the comfort we received working with David to ensure we made the right purchase for us. Between the order date and delivery, the communication and responsiveness to questions have exceeded expectations, and we have had many a wonderful soak in our tub.
