★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a number of visits over the years, I've come to learn that this place has everything imaginable. And the pricing is reasonable. If they don't have it, it probably doesn't exist... There's discount/clearance sections along with sections for every sort of fishing style (jigging, trolling, casting etc.). By far the largest selection of fishing gear I've ever come across.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a baitcating rod and reel late Saturday for a trip north leaving Monday 6 am. Spooled the reel with braid and was testing the drag and the rod broke. I went to facebook site on Sunday and messaged what had happenned and knowing they were closed said I would not be able to return it until following week. To my surprise I recieved a message back in a couple hours saying that if I wanted he would meet me there on Sunday evening and replace it for my trip. Met Rob (i think) at 8 pm Sunday night handed me a new rod and said be safe and enjoy your trip. The store is amazing the prices are as good or better than most but most of all where do you get customer service and support like that.....not big box or online for sure.

The unit lost depth at times which drove me crazy, I called Radio World to see what they thought, it could be or what I should do, turns out it felt as if they thought I was crazy.
Didn't feel the love so I blew them off.
A few people suggested this location, I'm glad they did, they fixed me right up and was very patient with me considering Fish Finders are like CPU's in a sense, took me awhile to understand operation.
I felt embarrassed cause I bought elsewhere, but they treated me as if I bought from them.
I drove over an hour to get there, but it was worth it. These guys are the best around.
P.S. Jon spend 30 min with me while my wife waiting in the car. I was so impressed I offered Jon $20.00 tip for his help, he would take the money. When I got out to the car the wife asked how it went, I said perfect, how much she asked, I said nothing, he wouldn't take any money, she insisted that I go back in and say the tip was from her for making me happy, which in turn makes her life much better, so I did, told Jon it was from my wife, he said ok fine, Ill, accept it, since it's your wife's money...hahaha
