★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing visit previous owners were great but today staff and 50 percent of customers not wearing masks or following protocol at all. Kids running through the place with snot running and coughing. Didn't even stay to shop .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on a garden centre tour, and Fora (Norwich) was one of our 5 stops. It was our first time visiting, and from what we could see stepping in the door, things looked nice. But no one - not the 2 staff or the 4 other customers, had masks on. The three of us were the only ones wearing masks. It felt like we stepped into the twilight zone, or some place that was completely exempt from any Covid safety protocols. There was plexiglass at the cash counter, so I'm assuming at some point there was some action taken to protect people (or themselves?).
If you're not into wearing masks or using sanitizer right now, then this might be your place. But for us, customer care and service includes mask wearing during the pandemic.

Lots of planters with annuals, tons of flowering perennials in the back, a large covered area with even more colorful annuals, and a decent selection of low maintenance perennials such as Emerald cedars, other shrubs, weigela, hydrangeas, and more. Trees as well. Trellises and pots and other items and gifty things, too. Can't comment on the beverages they now serve as I didn't go there for that. Overall, a nice place to stop in and see what's new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now that they have put in an eating area and a sitting area for dining, there is not as much room for product.
It also seems to me that the selection is far less than in previous years. Even the back area, which is usually packed with selection at this time of year, was disappointingly sparse.
The prices I found on their fire pits was extremely high. I know some will say they are really good quality. Yes they are, but, fifteen minutes north to Woodstock could save you a few hundred dollars for the exact age item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was using the curbside pick-up service to buy a couple of pots of orchids and some air plants. The staff was very helpful and sent me pictures shortly after the call. Placing the order over the phone was very easy, the whole process was smooth. The plants are in great condition. Definitely will shop again. Also the staff who brought the order to my car was wearing a mask as well. It will be even better if the store could put more pictures of the selection on the internet.
