Each time they were very courteous, polite and knowledgeable, explaining the different options when asked. Order has been correct each time as well as a reasonable wait time. The wings are the best around and would recommend the honey garlic. Will be my go to place for pizza in this area.
L	Linzey Dench on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pizza ever. Have ordered twice for delivery and food came barely warm. Pizza was either over cooked or under cooked, garlic 'strips' burnt, thank God at least the wings were cooked properly. Have had Tito's from other stores and never this gross.

T	Terry V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Added Oct 2020: WOW. Had the panzarotti and lasagna for the first time. Really terrific. Hard to choose next time. Really good amount of toppings. Seems like a canned sauce. Pretty plain. Crust was nice. Wings were very good too. Still crispy with BBQ sauce on them.

I told my wife, I'll probably never order from there again. About a week later, I was out and about and spotted Tito's Pizza. I told my wife, and said we need to try out this place. Half the price (of the competitor), and so much tastier. My wife got the gluten-free pizza, and said it was really good! Our new go-to pizza joint!
D	David R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just Ordered wings and a panzerotti from your Norwich location. Got it for delivery.. Food Showed up and hour and a half later! Cold, had to reheat it. A couple of my wings weren't fully cooked. and I also got sausage extra cheese and pepperoni on my panzerotti. was really greasy and burnt on the edges along with barely any cheese on it maybe a tablespoon worth of shredded cheese along with 4 pieces of pepperoni!! I got food poisoning last time I ate here and I thought i would give it another try 4 months later and its worse. Will not be ordering from you guys again because of this experience let alone costing me $40 for this Cold Soggy absolute garbage of a Meal. Thanks!
