I watch them scramble to find my order then, proceeds to enter it just then. I get it 15 mins later…get it back to work and my order is incorrect. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Last time my coworker was there 30 mins after it was suppose to be ready as it was entered when he got there. These days take out should have better priority!

J	Jennessa Lavigne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management ever.....we have order from this restraunt for many years, there have been many times when something was not quite right or missing from our take out order and never did we complain because stuff happens we understand however this time our whole meal was disgusting. Burnt food, missing items, dried out chicken, slimey forien object on the carrots...we didn't even eat it. Called to discuss this and the staff on the phone said I would get a refund but she could do it and that the owner would call me on Monday...its Wednesday and I have called each day...the first day I was offered a free item, which I declined and ask again to speak to the manager.....still no response.

Sorry for the inconvenience. And if you’re not happy with our food and service stay home and cook your own food please!! We’re trying our best and don’t need all the negativity. Thank you for your support or buy the place. ?

Arrived around 5 pm .. thinking we'd beat the crowd .. and we did but it seemed like there were a lot of takeout orders being picked up between the time we rec'd our mushroom app and our meals. Having a very loud gentleman in the first table by the door didn't help ... It's a shame the dine-in customers had to wait so long ?

Service was okay - we went during a full house rush but they managed to seat us and did make mention of things taking a minute. This is fine and understandable seeing the volume they had at the time. Food was pretty low cost, lot of apps under $10 and burgers in the $11-$13 range. Good value for the price, we would likely stop in again.
