Shame on you Pizza Hut????? This is what happens when you ask where your refund is 7 DAYS LATER!!!!! I am publicly putting a curse on Pizza Hut Tillsonburg and their disgusting management staff.???????????. If you can't take service criticism get out of the service industry. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was always great until a couple weeks they started undercooking the crust. This has happened a couple times. Family and I got a very upset stomach. Absolutely disgusting. They’ll mess up your order, wrong toppings on your pizza, wrong sauce on the wings, wrong qty of wings, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was great, unfortunately upon arriving to pick up my order at the given time to pick up it was not ready/ they could not find it. I waited at the front counter for 15 minutes before someone even acknowledge I was there. I knew they seen me but didn't say "we will be with you in a moment" completely ignored. After someone finally ce to help me that's when they couldn't find my order and told me it would be another 20 minutes. I had already been waiting am extra 15 minutes since my pick up time. They threw together a box (I ordered the family box) and sent me on my way. When I got home I realized that I recieved the wrong pizzas and sides. I also recieved the wrong dessert. I payed an extra couple dollars for the one I wanted but I had already waiting in the store for so long to get the food I had kids to feed. Customer service sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mixed feelings about this location. We find the food inconsistent. Sometimes the food is fantastic, other times they don't get our order right or the crust is undercooked. Several times now we have gone through the online order process, picked out all of our food and customized the way we like, only to get to the payment screen and get a pop up that this location is closed when they are not. Upon calling the store to place the order we are told that they have too many orders, the wait would be over 45 mins so they are simply not accepting any more orders. They also do not have their own delivery drivers, but rely on a taxi service, which often leads to longer delivery times. Pizza Hut is a pricier option in town, but they do have good food when done right, if they will take your order.
