★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You wait over and hour in the drive thru to have everything sold out by the time you get to the speaker box! And then you leave and your order is wrong! So you charge more for add ons but never actually hand them out... must be making lots of money off of people! Terrible service!! Please Tillsonburg bring Popeyes!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Painfully slow service whether walk in or drive through. The food is good, but compared to similar local fast food restaurants you don't really get a lot of food form your money. Front of store staff were very friendly at my last visit, however some of the kitchen staff, which is highly visible from the dining room were not very pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is usually good (though they don’t give me as much sauce as I ask for even when they charge me for it). The drive through is unbelievably slow. I’m writing this waiting in the drive through. It’s already been 20 mins just to get my order taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This KFC isn't even worth 1 star,doors are looked at 7:00 didn't have any fountain drinks and limited cans of pop and two top it off couldn't even I order a chicken or beef quesadilla combo apparently they were out of both and this isn't the first time.All staff needs to be replaced with friendly and reliable servers.

I used to work at this location years ago & they treat their employees horrible as well. Avoid this place at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with this location tonight, my boyfriend and I went to grab dinner at 740 and we were told we couldn’t order because they close at 8. Im sorry your open until 8, which means you should be able to order up to 8pm. Very disappointing after a long day at work.

The chicken was overcooked, cold, and literally dripping with grease, couldn't even finish one piece. I have been to this location many times over the last 10+ years and will never return again. The service is horrendously slow to boot. I have genuinely never spent less than 30 minutes waiting to pick up my food from this location. It doesn't matter if you use the drivethru, the online ordering system, or if you order at the counter.. you WILL spend at LEAST 30 minutes waiting for cold, overpriced, terrible food from a filthy establishment. I have also personally spent 50 minutes stuck in the drivethru (can't turn around or exit, horrible layout) and left with NO FOOD because the debit machine was down.. and of course there was no warning until you reached the speaker.. which took 15 minutes to get to alone!!! Shut the place down, it is ruining what little reputation KFC/Tacobell has.
