J	Josh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. First time i went to M and J for tires. They ordered the wrong ones. I went over a year later for tires. Again the wrong ones were ordered when i told them exactly what tires to order. (The ones I asked for were not ordered). Then i decided to give them one more chance. I went back to them for brakes. Front and back on a GMC Sierra. They ordered 4 sets of pads and rotors, then "installed" them. My back breaks are disc breaks. Weeks later my friend looks at the bill and tells me there mistake. So i confronted the staff about this. At first they were going to do nothing. Then when i started talking about cops they were going to give me my money for the back set back, but none of the taxes. This company is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE. Judging by my experiences they do not care. Someone in there company stole the pads and rotors (the ones ment for the back of my truck) and the company did nothing about it. In my opinion if you have ever been to M and J Tirecraft in Tillsonburg they have ripped you off.
M	Matt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my F-150 in to have a VCT solenoid. The admin staff gave me a quote for both solenoid's and said it would take two-ish days to repair and it's been there for over a week. I opted to just have the one solenoid repaired. Truck comes back with a problem with the A/C and a bill that's double of what I was quoted and the only repaired one side!!! Called yesterday and complained about the bill- Admin staff said they had to charge more because the mechanic had to disconnect an A/C to take the valve cover off. Said they would fix the A/C problem before I pick up the truck. Called today to pick it up and the admin staff said that they cannot charge the A/C because there's a problem with it. Here we are a week later, double the quote and a new problem with the truck. I'll have to wait another four days to see what's going on with my truck because of the long weekend. Still haven't picked up the truck and won't until it is fixed. I've been here before and they have been great. Not sure what has changed, but I will not bring my vehicles back nor will I provide a recommendation.

A	Art B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are nice people but rushed or don’t pay attention to detail. Went for a Krown application. I know they did the job as most areas around the stopper wholes was sprayed and greasy. Would have appreciated if protection was used so my inner door and plastics would not be greasy. It was done in the time indicated. Would understand if took longer to pay attention to detail but I suppose they were rushed to fit within quoted time. They gave a “complimentary” car wash which is nice had it not been that they then drove my vehicle through dirt and gravel which just stuck on the vehicle because it was wet. As a recommendation, maybe parking vehicles by the truck entrance where gravel gets thrown up is not the best place. Also there is now some film on my windows that is quite hard to remove (does not help with visual when driving). Had to also clean down the seat, steering wheel and gear shift as had dirt and grease on them. Keys were were greasy and had gravel on them for some reason. Received the promotional offer discussed when booking the appointment once double checked that it was applied.

They grossly put my life at risk when a a safety, that was done with M&J, on a vehicle I purchased, came back severely negligent. My inspecting mechanic reported that they had to have not even looked at the vehicle for the serious things that were missed. When contacted they replied with arrogance and deceit, this includes the owner. Their customer service towards a matter with potentially serious legal ramifications was flippant and unprofessional.

I get a call on Friday saying it came in early and they can put it on, I waited around for 40 min just to find out they got the wrong rim, they ordered the right one and said it would be in on Monday and that they’d give me a call, Monday comes no call. I waited until Thursday for them to call me and they never did so I called them, they didn’t apologize or offer me a discount or anything, it shouldn’t take a week to get 1 rim put on my car. I won’t be taking my vehicles here anymore. They have absolutely brutal customer service.
R	Rick D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All good!! Ordered 5 tires tires. They arrived. Got my old tires removed. They waited for me to get my 43 year old rims straightened, sandblasted and painted. Went back to get the new tires put on a couple weeks later. They took care of my newly reconditioned rims without a scratch and were careful about wheel weight placement not to damage rims. They were very accommodating as I had to reschedule a couple times through the whole process. I am a regular customer!!
