★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place isn't the best to work for. Or shop for that matter. I worked here as a Donor Greeter for 3 years. I left in February 2015 because I was only getting about 4 hours a week. Heck, one day I even risked my neck trying to get here in a snowstorm and my hours still didn't increase by a significant amount. The quality of the donations also has since diminished. Higher quality items (i.e. LEGO) were being sold online instead of in-store. That just doesn't seem right to me. Or fair. Even if the management here has changed, my opinion hasn't. Tillsonburg has plenty of other options for second-hand items, but this isn't one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices increased in the past two months. Some things are way over priced & you can get them cheaper at the Dollar Store. Monday is a good time to shop if you are a Senior & get your 20% discount. The service at the jewellery counter is poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in with a face shield and the lady said thats not allowed and i said im medically exempted she told me your not allowed in the store without a mask very humiliating in front of the whole store how can people who are medically exempt not be allowed

I always find something to bring home.
If your into resale shops it's the cheapest in town. A definite stop for bargains. They also do auctions of items. But due to covid they have stopped this till further notice.
Excellent staff!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the prices are higher than if you were to buy brand new at Giant Tiger. Other items are very reasonable. It's a hit and miss. Keep your clothes cheaper and I am sure they would move better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff easy to find goods, manager was having issue with 2 people not wearing masks, she was very professional and patient with them, don't know outcome but felt sorry for her as they weren't cooperating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better stuff than the salvation army, more selection if not a wee bit more expensive. Got two band t-shirts there and some newish books, usually good quality stuff for cheap.
