A	Anna Chibueze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed with the man working at the shop today. I arrived at the back door at 4:50 to find an elderly gentleman ringing the door bell. The sign on the door clearly states that they accept donations until 5pm so I began unloading while he kept ringing. A man came to the back door and said, "You can't unload here!" in a very rude manner. "The store's closed!" I pointed at the sign, said it was still 10 minutes until closing, and pointed at the gentleman who'd been at the back door ringing for who knows how long! He deserves more respect than that and I will not be donating there ever again! What kind of business closes 15 minutes early and then treats people with donations like that? I am unimpressed and won't be going there again as the lovely gentleman told me exactly where to go the next time as he'll not be visiting the Salvation Army again, either and thanked me for offering to make our complaint.
B	Boots 1945 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a 74 year old woman with diabetes and heart condition. I have no family close by they live hundreds of miles away and my friends r all over 80 and house bound just like me. I phoned asking for help as I haven't been out of the house for six weeks and the immediate answer was yes we will pick up your groceries for you and deliver them to your door. You could only find this kindness from the Salvation Army. No one else would help, not even church going neighbours. I would like to thank Nancy and her husband for their true Christian spirit. God will bless them....................thank you...........

T	Tracey Fanning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there today with alot of donations that a rude older man would not accept, maybe a lil dusty but everything I was donating was useable. I ended up packing most stuffback up and took to Goodwill, absolutely no issues, happy to take our stuff.
