What great folks and excellent service! Stopped by today to pick up some dumbbells for the home gym and they had all kinds in-stock. Best prices around on new weights. And it gets better....at the till they had some homemade hot sauce that was excellent..just tried it out tonight and it was dynamite. Thanks for the great service. Edit...had more of the hot sauce on homemade spaghetti and it was the BOMB!!!

My husband and I received an old used hot tub when some friends upgraded their tub and we were looking for some steps. Paramount was advertising Cover Valet steps on their website on sale for $99. My husband called to see if they had any in stock. When he hung up, he told me they wouldn’t give us that price. I was a little confused so I called back to let them know their website was advertising it and asked if they’d honour the price given that it was advertised. I was informed that no, they would not honour the price because we “are not their customers”. I explained we had received a used tub (i.e we didn’t buy new from anyone) but was told it didn’t matter, they would not honour the price because we did not buy a tub from them. I literally couldn’t believe it. Seems like appalling customer service and we certainly won’t ever buy anything from them now knowing that you’re a second class customer if you didn’t buy a brand new tub from them. Edited to respond to the owner’s response. This is not what either one of us were told. We are honest people who completely understand supply and demand and the impact of inflation. We were hoping to support a local business rather than buy on Amazon where the cost is about $50 cheaper for a similar product. We also needed chemicals and a new pump. we would never slander a local business with false information (have never even left a bad review for any business) but wanted to share our experience honestly. As noted in the attached photo, this business is still advertising the product in question as $99 on February 18. So they are continuing to advertise a product they do not have for a price they will not honour for non customers and attempting to discredit our review as dishonesty.

Great selection of hot tubs with surprisingly competitive pricing. Sales stuff we're knowledgable and helped us get the perfect one for us. Biggest surprise to me was that the hot tubs were in stock so we didn't have to buy one and wait.

Very welcoming environment with friendly, knowledgable staff. Helpful employees that provide fantastic customer service. Love my hot tub very much that I purchased from Paramount Recreation, will continue to come back!!

First impressions when I was shopping for my hot tub were great! The staff was super friendly and very helpful at answering any question, alas that did not last... Upon receipt of my hot tub, nearly 1 year ago to the day, a panel broke and the technician informed me that they would replace it no charge, which was very much appreciated, however, after giving them plenty of time to order it and receive it, I still haven't received it and this is with multiple drop ins and calls inquiring about it. In the meantime, my Passion spa developed a leak, so I called the shop for a warranty call, since it is still under warranty. At this point, the tech claimed to know where the leak was coming from and apparently would be due to a well known problem emanating from a pump that enables a wave like sensation from the jets, a nice feature that the hot tub has. The answer I got from the tech was simply that they would cap off that feature from the pump and that there would be a service call charged for the warranty call... I was pretty much floored by his answer and immediately refused to accept that as a remedial measure. He then informed that he would need to talk with the manager and get back to me, where he also added that my panel had finally arrived, to which I replied "Great!". He then proceeded to tell me that they could possibly be there the following Monday as they had a crane delivery in the area, to which I had no issues with being efficient in the calls, but only to a certain extent! My hot tub is still leaking about an inch a day a requires attention, I am not willing to wait months for a warranty call! One would expect a week or two at the most! More than a week has passed now with complete radio silence and me trying to talk to someone since yesterday but to no avail wanting to inquire about the warranty call and when they would be able to come and fix the my hot tub, almost desperately hoping that a bad Google review will help in getting things sorted out! Paramount recreation... the ball is in your court to make things right!

We just purchased our first hot tub from them and they made the purchasing experience so easy! We live out of town and even then it was a very easy transaction without having to be there. The hot tub was delivered and set in place, there were a few hiccups out of their control which they made the trip back very quickly to fix. We were made a priority. Excellent customer service all around, everyone is so friendly . We highly recommend buying from them, we received the same recommendation from a friend who bought from them as well and we are so glad we did! Thanks again :)

They had a large selection of tubs in stock. Our sales person Josh was great very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. They delivered on time and took lots of time to go through the start up and operation as this is our first tub. The delivery team was fast friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company

My husband and I had been looking into upgrading our hot tub, and decided to stop in to see what was available for us. Nick was quick to assist us and very helpful. He listened to our needs, answered all of our questions and provided us with the information we needed. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The whole staff at Paramount were friendly and easy to talk to. We are very excited to get our new tub delivered today!
