Best experience we had purchasing a new truck in the past 40 years! Brian (our sales-person) went out of his way to get us the best truck to suit our needs. So…A BIG thanks to Brian and the Zimmer team (I don’t know all their names…but, the general manager, finance person and shop crew also contributed to this 5 star rating)

Experience at first was good. As the purchase process continued, I felt like I was annoying them not really worth their time. I did purchase, but will likely go out of town next time. 4 months after purchase got rear ended a few blocks away from the dealership. Drove there to assess the damage. Did not have my cell phone with me and they didn't even offer to let me use their phones to call Insurance. They said I should I go home and call. (too close to closing time?) Haven't had a chance to even service my vehicle there so don't know what that will be like? (side note: been over almost a month and parts are still on backorder for the damage due to the accident) So far not the best experience.

AMAZING experience with Brandon. My parents bough their vehicles with him and when it came time for me to buy my own they suggested him. Couldn't have been a better experience, he treated me with respect and really explained everything to me. Amazing guy and amazing at his job.

Sales department will low ball you worse than Facebook market, then call you two days later with a little less of a low ball, then a week later with a little less lol Service department won't pay their employees a decent wage so I assume that's why something is wrong everytime I brought my truck in

I have purchased many vehicles from this dealership and have serviced all my vehicles here. After learning that they are discriminating against employees and new hires with vaccine mandate, myself and my company will never purchase or support this dealership in any capacity.

I brought my truck in for a full inspection of my lift kit knowing there was an issue that they discovered during my oil change the previous week. My truck drove straight when going in and I simply asked for full inspection to see the damages that are done. I mentioned about my brake calipers being ground down from the rims that had been installed (from a different company) I said I'd like for them to be taken off and looked at for the damage. I picked up my truck second say in. Drove 3 blocks my alignment is brutally out. And they did not even take my wheel off during the inspection. I spoke with the service manager who then jist reads back to me what the paper says. Which does not include the running brake line damage that they noticed from theire first inspection during oil change. He then told me well we can take the whole truck apart and give you a huge bill. But why was it hard to just take a wheel off to look instead they looked through the wheel and say ya I see some rub. Lol what kind of inspection is this then to tell me good luck bud. Your in for a long ride . Terrible terrible service will not go back. I went to gmc for help to spot the damages to go back to the previous company who caused then but instead get billed to not even have it inspected as asked then to be shrugged off and declined very professional lol. Thanks for the help there Bud. ?

Quite literally the best dealership I've ever bought a car from, and the best salesman I've ever bought a car from, and that's saying something because I used to be a car salesman and have bought cars off myself. If you buy a car from anyone other than Brian at Zimmer Wheaton, then you're doing it wrong.

I cannot speak for the sales department however I would not recommend dealing with the service department. I have had them lie to me about repairs that needed to be done on multiple occasions. I once had to wait 2 hours for the complimentary shuttle in a time sensitive situation. After my experience with this service department I won't ever purchase a vehicle here. Whenever I had the opportunity I would take my vehicle to other GM dealerships and get much better service. I am glad I don't own a vehicle that gets service done at this dealer any longer. As far as I can tell any of the work done by the techs was quality workmanship, but that's the only good I have to say about this service department.
