A	Anthony Ridding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just left Zig Zag Escape Rooms, and had an amazing time. The escape room can hold up to 10 people but we were only two. I found it quite difficult, we didn't end up finishing the escape room but I would highly recommend it. The staff are friendly, and although the place is a little remote, they are very professional and live up to expectations. I would definitely go again!
C	Crystal Poulin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here at 6 and left at 7:30. They let me and my friend stay a extra half hour just so we could finish when they probably wanted to go home. They are super sweet and I definitely recommend coming here if you want a fun day. It is so worth your money and me and my friend will definitely be returning customers. I love it here so much. The puzzles are super cool and surprise you, it is not basic at all. Amazing place and amazing people.

The story and puzzles were really well thought out and really interactive, not just "here's a lock find the key". It was awesome. Uncle tick tocks circus: 8/10 Kraken casino: 10/10 The staff are super friendly and helpful. Toronto escape rooms should definitely pay attention and take notes!

A	Amy MacLeod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I, including a 12 year old and a 10 year old, went to Uncle Tick Tock's escape room today. It was TERRIBLE! After spending 20 minutes of having absolutely NO idea of how to start the clues, a staff member came to check on us. Turns out a 'key' part of the process was left out! These initial 20 minutes led to extreme frustration by my entire family and behaviors that accompany such feelings. The clues were ridiculous and often had no connection to each other. We needed help for every clue and when the hints were given to us, we were left shaking our heads wondering how one could ever figure them out. This was definitely NOT family friendly. I would NOT recommend it and feel it was a complete waste of money. Something that was supposed to be fun left me with a headache and had me apologizing for such a bad experience.

There are lots of tech and moving parts that are really interactive and cool. We did 2 rooms - Sven's Cabin and Uncle Tik Tok's Circus Escape. Sven's Cabin is one of the best escape rooms we have ever seen! The game mechanisms are great and it's a tricky room. The Circus room is easier, but has a great story and a lot of neat circus components. We really had a blast and would recommend these to anyone who loves escape rooms. They are a step above the rooms you would typically encounter. Also, the staff is amazing! They were so friendly and accommodating and were very engaging when setting up the "story" (or true-story in the case of Sven's cabin).

We have done many escape rooms and travelled around an hour to go do these ones and it was an extremely fun afternoon. Really unique and wonderful experience! Highly recommend. Perfect fall activity and great bonding with the tweens!
