I wanted a comfortable room for a date night for to cook my wife a nice dinner while just being in a private place I am definitely recommending this place especially for couples with kids who just need a night out..

Great looking rooms, and Netflix only is cool with us. Parking is an issue, but not if you're going to explore the city like we did, with its location being its best asset.

The loft itself was ok the baseboards were falling off the walls , no ac , TV had only 2 working channels, the walls are paper thin making it very very loud inside the building itself. Definitely found it frustrating that you can't speak to someone in person about questions or issues you may have. We requested a early check-in and were told that would be ok, but when we got to the loft we were told by text the room was not ready and we had to wait over a hour and a half for the room to still be cleaned.They say there is free parking in the back but there are only 5 spots for a entire building.

Location is super convenient, close to parks, restaurants, grocery stores. Apartment has everything you need in there. Building is not new, but renovated. Great value at affordable pricing. Highly recommend
k	kayla hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was incredibly hard to contact the person in charge with the phone number provided after making the initial booking. After requesting a late check in as we are driving to Calgary from Saskatoon, I never received any confirmation on whether or not that was possible. When I took the time to phone, it rang straight to voicemail, then notified me the mailbox was full so I was unable to leave a message or talk to a person about the booking. I sent an e-mail asking what was going on, which took an extra day to hear back. Upon checking up on my booking this morning for our room tonight, there was an e-mail notifying me that they cancelled our booking last minute due to water issues. There were no effort to smooth over the situation. My boyfriend and I wasted money on extra groceries to bring to the loft as we were expecting to be able to cook our own meals and eat for cheap. We now have to spend several extra hundred dollars booking a new hotel last minute, and even more on eating out money as we no longer have access to a kitchen like we had planned. I found the whole situation stressful and unprofessional. I will not be booking with Zen Lofts again as you are not guaranteed a place to stay.
P	Patricia R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zen Lofts was hands down our favorite place to stay on our month-long travel in western Canada. We liked it and Calgary so much we extended our stay! The lofts are spotlessly clean, comfortable, modern, stylish, with beautiful hardwood floors, and numerous amenities that make your stay perfect: big comfy bed, European style washer/semi-dryer combo, full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, cookware, dishes, cutlery, Keurig, and even a dishwasher. We loved the cozy sofa and watching many prime networks on the big flat-screen TV while looking out at the downtown city lights. The neighborhood is amazing with tons of fashionable shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Our interactions with loft management were positive and professional. We couldn’t have asked for anything better and hope to return in the future! Five stars!!!!!

Everything we needed from them was provided and they were very accommodating to our requests. The location was also very close to great bars and restaurants. We will stay here next time we are in Calgary and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for great value.
P	Pedro Climaco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this place. The location is just amazing, you are by the heart of Calgary downtown in the nice Beltline area. The amenities are countless, so you don't have to worry about commuting to get groceries or nice restaurants. Regarding the building and the apartments, they are very good quality and if anything is wrong the property manager, Mrs. Sarah is just outstanding and provided during my whole stay one of the best experiences so I really appreciate the services by Sarah and the team and would not hesitate to recommend them, or staying here again.
