Respect you customer, nothing more. I see from the other reviews I'm not the first to complain. You didn't tell nothing about your situation! and also you can have some masks to give if the clientdon't have one. Then ppl enter your place they do not know about your rools. You treated us as garbage, no explanation no solutions. It looks like you were lying about imunocompromized ppl in your team. Because, why wouldn't you tell us then we asked? We did asked why is the mask required. So you made it up after you got the review?

Zelikovitz is an excellent store with a wide selection of leather, notions and tools that I use for garment sewing. Because I'm not primarily a leather worker, I've solicited advice from different employees on various shopping trips and found them to be glad to help and never pushy. Pre-covid, I also attended a great class and I look forward to those returning when its possible.

Kept blowing me off finally said they would send me another small piece to make up for it. They printed a label but never shipped it. Amazon refunded my money. Be warned they are crooks.
