★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update June (about three weeks later): Nails are frail and still breaking. I have inserted a picture.
I went to the Downtown location for the first time for a shellac nail polish removal. I left with pain on my nails. My nails are red. I showed them to friends and they all say that it isn’t normal that this happened.
I did notice that when the person that was doing my removal was putting the acetone and the aluminum foil, she was having trouble applying it... as if she was inexperienced. Once she took off the foil, the shellac was still hard and didn’t dissolve.
She then proceeded to file my nails to remove the HARD shellac nail polish... which was the most PAINFUL experience I have ever experienced at a nail salon! I feel like I lost layers on my nail. Now, five days later, I still feel pain.
I guess the only positive about the location is that it is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very organized nice salon with great quality and at the same time reasonable price. After searching/trying many places for shaping my eyebrows I have found Gol in this salon. she is the best in shipping the eyebrows and know well how to use the threading. Highly recommend her
I also did mani/pedicure and both were done perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ what a relaxing experience! The salon itself is a quiet little hideaway - having just 5 stations that are curtained off - not the loud crazy experience of a mall salon. It was by far the most relaxing pedi I have ever had - they didn't rush (it was about 45 minutes) and what an amazing massage - in the end my feet and chins felt great (still do and it's been 8 days) and my toes where pretty in pink!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. I have the worst manicure I’ve ever seen in my life. The woman who did my nails barely spoke English and none of French and was getting mad at me when I did not understand what she was saying. I complained and asked for a reimbursement after being 10 minutes late for my second appointment and I was turned down. Worst experience of my life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend getting your lash lift and tint with Gul Ara. She's very professional, friendly and she will make your lashes look gorgeous "naturally". I've been coming back to her for the past 6 months and guaranteed your lash lift will last you 4 to 5 weeks!. You can go swimming and shower everyday and still get that natural lifted lashes look!

The aesthetician I had paid attention to each and every detail when it came to my manicure and she turned my nails into art! Everyone was super kind and I left feeling like a princess. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a little expensive if you don’t do the combo pedicure and manicure and do individual services however I think the service is excellent and worth the price! It is also at a convenient location downtown accesible by metro and bus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i did acrylic not even a week ago everyone that does acrylic knows it’s hard for it to break plus the girl couldn’t even understand what i was telling her to do i’m so disappointed she didn’t looked like she didn’t even know what she was doing when i do it the place i used to it last me 2-3 weeks
