★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience here! Lorie Docker, the surgeon who performed my hair removal procedures was kind and very experienced in the services she provides. She provided detailed explanations and went over everything thoroughly. She genuinely cares and is honest about everything. If a procedure or product is not necessary or won't be optimally effective for your skin type, she will let you know instead of trying to sell it to you, which is something I really appreciated. Every session was with Lorie, one on one and intimate, a clear contrast from other places I have been to, where I would rarely see the surgeon who was in charge of my file, and my information was not kept organized. I have never had any problems even resembling that with Lorie. I am a full-time student while working part-time and the prices were affordable for me. I got a great vibe from her and from the place from the first day. I would definitely do other services with her!! I highly recommend this place! From the beginning, I got a great vibe from her and the rest of the staff at Medispa Jouvence. I would definitely visit again if I needed to do any other procedures! I highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose Medispa Jouvence because the reviews were so great, but also because I'd heard that bigger places that give out groupons and charge less and offer many other services don't give you the care and attention you need. I didn't want to invest my money in something that was going to be poorly done. I've been getting hair removal treatments at Jouvence for over a year and the results are excellent, so much so, that I don't need to go back. The hair is gone! They give great discounts if you pay for multiple treatments in advance. It's worth it considering the amount of money I spent on waxing over the years. The owner, Lorie, is so kind and puts you immediately at ease. The reception staff are also great. Their covid-19 protocol makes you feel absolutely safe as well. I can't recommend this business enough!! I'd give it 100 stars if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience in MediSpa Jouvence has been since the beginning and still is very positive. I did my research on many clinics that do laser in Montréal and even if many offer "better prices" I was drawn by the professionalism, the attention and the experience from Lori in their website and reviews.
I read a lot of the reviews, the type of laser and after I did the consultation by phone where they answer most of my questions I decided to do my first appointment. I started with underarms as I wasn't sure if the type of treatment was going to work on me (I have already done waxing, IPL and Alexandrite laser with halfway results. Even thought I have dark thick hair and tanned skin) So I went for a small (cheaper) area to try it out and I can't explain how amazed I am with the results.
As I was explained I still have to continue going for some maintenance but after my 5th session and almost 6th, I can say 60%-70% of the hair is gone and I will definitely do other areas!
I would definitely recommend MediSpa Jouvence to anyone, Lori and both receptionist are super nice and attentive. During the pandemic I think they adapted really well trying to protect their clients and themselves taking many previsions.

My expectations were adequately managed from the start, and the results after a full round of treatment are even better than I dared hope, considering the fact that the skin being treated was already damaged by shaving. I must commend the quick and open communication, especially with the challenges wrought by the ever-changing COVID situation, as well as the pleasant atmosphere every time I showed up for an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so glad I found Medispa Jouvence! Lorie is such a sweetheart and really cares about her clients. I was always scared of "being sold" some treatment that might not work for me (flashback to when I did IPL "hair removal" on my jaw and neck someplace else and I was promised that 6-8 treatments would suffice to permanently get rid of the hair - after 9 treatments, it did absolutely nothing! Waste of money and time!).
Dissapointed, I stumbled upon Medispa Jouvence on my Google search, and gathered the courage to get a consultation with Lorie. I was skeptical at first, but I quickly realized that she is extremely honest, informative, professional and I wasn't feeling I was being duped. I did laser hair removal. After only 3 treatments, I see an INCREDIBLE improvement!! 90% of the hair is gone!
I also went for some chemical peels, which helped with my acne scars and skin texture.
The service is great, prices are fair for the quality of the service, the place is neat and tidy, and the receptionist is so cute! ❤

No results barely any hairs removed it’s all growing back , i did 6 sessions in 2 areas and its growing back more and more each day, all that money straight to garbage, very very disappointed and dont plan to ever go back there even if they offer free sessions. Do not recommend.

I always felt that she was being honest and realistic with me regarding the procedure and the expected results, which I truly appreciate. Lori and her staff are friendly and helpful and really make you feel welcome and at ease. I'm happy with the results of my full bikini and was actually quite surprised that it hurt a lot less than I expected! I would definitely recommend MediSpa Jouvence to anyone looking to get laser hair removal.

Lori is so attentive, kind and she does an excellent job! With the second session I noticed already most of the hair was gone. In my case, 4 sessions were enough. I highly recommend!
