I had a shipment picked up to deliever to my Calgary location, the supplier send us the dimension and weight for for a Carbon fiber lip for a car that weight 14lb. some how they said that was wrong, it was 45lb and charged me more. when the driver drop it off to us we asked him to please verify the weight and he said that is not 45lb. So he call dispatch and told them the situation, they said he doesn't know what he was talking about. So 1 they hired a guy that cant tell if he can't tell if he picked up 14lb or 45lb. 2 the guy that opperate the scale can't read. I called about this and everyone I talked to tells me to go screw myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disappointed. They picked up two orders that were not intended for them, without paperwork, misdelivered one of them and completely lost the other. I bought coffee and donuts to entice the staff to try and help find my freight. Then I received an invoice to pay for the misdelivery! I argued the invoice they told me to submit a claim for the missing package. How do you do that when they picked it up without paperwork? I refused to pay my bill but offered something to help get it off everyone's desk, which was denied. Then they sent it to a collection agency. Nice!!! I tried taking the high road, but these guys are absolutely incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars but that’s not an option, shipping company guaranteed shipment to arrive on Friday night into calgary, I paid extra to make sure it was! I even confirmed with the lady on the phone Friday and she confirmed it was in transit from Salt lake to Calgary. So I showed up Monday to pick up shipment and I was told the shipment hasn’t even left salt lake. I PAID EXTRA TO CONFIRM THE DELIVERY IN CALGARY FRIDAY. So now they can’t tell me when it will be here! What a complete mess and to make matters worse we lost a job due to this companies poor shipping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Shipment took 5 weeks to arrive when it was 6 day transit time. Sat in Calgary for over a week once it finally got here. Finally had to pick up myself. Better service and speed through Day and Ross or XPO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible so far. Shipment left MD USA back on Dec. 22nd with an ETA to AB Canada of January 3rd. Then was updated to the 4th, then 5th, then 6th, then 7th, now says 10th and trailer has been sitting in Buffalo NY for the past THREE DAYS. Calls to the company are futile. Two days in a row they've said the trailer is closed and will leave buffalo "today", however "today" comes and goes and no updates. Not happy whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why these guys have poor reviews. Generally you get the speed of service you pay for. I had a good experience and when you call their office they actually pick up, are polite, and help you. That shouldn't be note worthy but in today's customer service culture it IS NOTEWORTHY>>>

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using YRC for years and will continue to. Rarely every have to deal with damage, a couple lost shipments but they're always found, very competitive rates, good communication, and great service.
Sometimes things take a bit longer than what other carriers can offer. However, if my shipments arrive a couple days later but in the same quality as when they left, I'm good.
