Step 4: Our team will transport them to our secure warehouse, wash them, and store them as a set.
Step 5: Our warehouse team does a full ?Tire Report?. We?ll prepare a report about current tread wear, tread depth, and any air leakage points.
Step 6: When the customer wants their tires switched at the end of the season, our team will transport the set back to your service bay when you?re ready for them. The customer will be pleased that their tires were washed, cleaned, and assessed. You?ll also look fantastic to the customer when you inform them of anything that came up on their tire report, helping you to continue to offer the level of service that keeps customers coming back for more!

Left a message yesterday with Joel that we were coming today and the tires were all ready and labeled for us to take to get changed out. We were about 5 mins past closing time and they said no problem they would be there to take our winter tires back into storage. So nice and friendly and even gave our daughter a bag of chips!!! I would recommend Tire Chalet to anyone who needs help storing their tires at a great price...$70 for 6 months. No need to live with the smell/vapours of tires in your basement/garage and all temperature controlled. Thanks so much guys...great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lasted a week working for the Edmonton tire chalet. The manager of the drivers expects less then bare minimum and favors drivers who he feels gets the job done.
Regardless of my defense at meetings he 'favor picks' manager goals.
Don't count on driver hygen either or manager test drives, he'll send decent people with professional liers rather then do the job himself.
That's my experience as a driver, not warehouse or front end.
