Really bad customer service for this calgary branch, I was paid $75.00 for the power tailgate service, the driver arrival 2 hours earlier than the appointment time and give me some reason he cannot use the power tailgate and I need to help him to move the box from the truck to my shop. no refund for the power tailgate I paid and I ask the customer service manager to contact me and nobody is calling. will not use this company anymore

Vitran struggled to deliver our delivery in a timely manner. Every step to organize the delivery was painful. Vitran is unable to meet basic vendor criteria. The service level is unacceptable. The staff were polite and friendly.

They are too stupid to google a businesses hours that they have been delivering to for years. Now overnight deliveries take two days cause they want to wait half a day to call in to make an appointment for the next day. You can't teach this kind of stupid

Very Bad Customer Service Experience of Vitran Express. Specially the Calgary Branch. They Donot care of their cutomers. They promise for the delivery for the stuff and then make lot of excuses to deliver on time. They give you call for the delivery and then the day it needs to be delivered, they right away said not showed up. Creating big fuss for our clients not to get stuff on time. If needs to talk them they donot listen and hang up the phone. So much disappointed with the manager of the Calgary as had fourth bad experience till now. They donot care how old customer you are. If I am giving one star to them its just because of their drivers.

Pathetic delivery service, what is the point to ask somebody to be in the house if they are going to leave the packages outside in the porch? Hopefully it doesn't rain until I get home otherwise my baby's crib and dresser are going to be messed up. Thanks for nothing, I will never order from toys r us online just to avoid dealing with this pathetic company ever again.

Never use this company. We are based out of Calgary, and they have the worst customer service ever. They only deliver between 12pm and 5 pm and will charge for storage if you are not available as soon at the item is delivered to their warehouse. Henry Reimer (an operating manger there) is the rudest person we have ever dealt with. This business definitely does not want any business! This company should also be reported to the Labour Standards Board. They sent one person to deliver a 200 pound dresser. The dresser fell on the delivery man when he delivered the item, and when we told Henry Reimer about it, he said that the man should have left the item on the sidewalk rather than deliver to our door (which would not be delivering to our property). Never use this company. If we could give negative stars we would!

This place was fine for service when you arrive. My only issue was that they called and made a appointment with me to pick up my stuff at a certain time. When I arrived at the depot everyone was confused about this "appointment" apparently I was free to pick it up anytime after it arrived. Which would have been great to know. It would be better if they just called you when it arrives and give you 48 hrs to pick it up.

Abhorrent service. The drivers are aggressive, rude to staff, and unwilling to comply with neighbourhood rules regarding where to drop off deliveries. They are not following guidelines to make dropoffs at the designated loading areas, they are blocking traffic both human and vehicle. Today they verbally harassed my assistant manager, effectively bullying her into signing for the delivery despite unloading in the incorrect area and disrupting traffic. They left the delivery on the sidewalk outside our store front, in a high traffic area where anyone walking by could easily swipe a case of product. I've never been so disappointed with a service before.
