The real-time update in terms of confirmation of : receipt of pickup request; dispatch of truck; and delivery update through email is the most essential part I liked with Steeles. Not only that, its the prompt reply on pricing; and being proactive in crunch times.

I used this company 2 times. the first time I got appointment at 9am but no body show up and no one call me to be delayed. so I was waiting over 4 hours and I called to the dispatch and they just said there were some delay. ( they have to say sorry first but they did not) also, there is always hidden cost on the invoice. I asked the hidden cost was not charged last time then she said you were lucky last time. Also she are always angry when talk oh the phone. I personally never ever ever ever ever recommend this company. I hate the manager of dispatch.

Additionally, if I request a before-delivery call to ensure someone is available to accept shipments I ALWAYS get one, unlike many of their competitors. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for fast, intact shipments at a fair price.

The experience was fantastic, with an easy to use tracking link which allowed me to see exact times the package was picked up and dropped off. Good rates for the service and would use them again if the need arises.
