I have referred multiple teens to Anu who have experienced some very challenging periods in their lives, and they have benefitted greatly from Anu's vast experience; ability to use various therapeutic approaches and pivot quickly as needed; her insight into complex individual / family dynamics and issues; and, Anu's very genuine warm and empathetic style of practice. Anu is highly, highly respected colleague and therapist !

What stands out for me, is that she is a warm human being who always met me where I was at.
