I'm a first-time homebuyer, and really didn't know what to expect from the inspection. Brendan blew my expectations out of the water! His inspection was extremely thorough, and he was an encyclopedia of knowledge as we went through each item on his list. He was able to tell us rough estimates of what each issue would cost to repair, how easy or complicated they would be, and whether it could be a "DIY" job or if it required a professional. As well, the digital summary report that was given after the inspection is AMAZING- it includes photos and descriptions of the issues, and ranks them based on severity. I'm going to be printing out the report and using it as a guide to get all those little repairs finished once we move in!

The online portal through which the planning, payment and final report are done is great and easy to navigate. From the very first Inquiry, Brendan was very friendly, professional, thorough, and happily willing to accommodate us out in Cudworth, for a reasonable fee! When he was finished, we met with him at the house and he went through every single detail. A lot of things we never would have thought of. Areas of concern, areas that will need attention, great aspects of the house, and I also loved how he explained in detail what needs to be done to correct the areas of concern. After the home walk through we received an emailed report only a few hours later! The report is very well laid out, section by section, with a ton of photos and video to give us a better idea of exactly what he saw when inspecting. We loved the photos from the thermal cam! This inspection gave us great peace of mind and it will be so nice to have the report to reference when we move in to have a well laid out list of updates we need to complete! Thanks again Brendan we would absolutely recommend you to anyone needing or thinking about a home inspection!! 10/10!
