I was glad for his willingness to ensure we were following along and understood what he was telling us. When it was finished, my overall feeling was that we'd been lucky to have him there. Also a feeling of relief that there were no apparent major issues and that we felt confident about dealing with smaller issues that he had found.
I have no clue about average pricing but we have no complaints in that regard.
