★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martin est un excellent inspecteur. On n’est pas à notre première inspection et on a beaucoup appris avec lui. Il connait son métier et on est extrêmement reconnaissant du travail qu’il a fait pour nous. On l’appelé avant et après le rapport pour avoir des explications et il a pris le temps pour répondre à nos questions. En aucun moment on a senti qu’il était pressé (on a pris rendez-vous avec lui pour choisir le bon moment pour discuter). Ses explications sont claires et détaillées. Chaque photo est commentée et identifiée par des flèches.
 Martin is an excellent inspector. It's not our first inspection and we've learned a lot from him. He knows his stuff and we are extremely grateful for the work he has done for us. We called him before and after the report to have an explanation and he took the time to answer our questions. At no time did we feel he was in a hurry (we made an appointment with him to choose the right time to chat). His explanations are clear and detailed. Each photo is commented on and identified by arrows.

We have just done business with him for the inspection of a triplex in Montreal. Mr. Shannon, took all the time necessary to inspect the exterior, crawl space and living quarters.
Very patient, professional and answers all our questions on site.
He takes the protection of his client to heart and gives very good recommendations.

Specifically the info allows me to prioritize any improvements, fixes or changes I need to make and any immediate concerns that need to be addressed. The entire inspection is done with you following along so you have an immediate sense of the home you are purchasing. This was extremely important for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Martin for a townhouse inspection. I did not have much expectations from this inspection because recently I had a terrible experience with an another inspector who is rated ‘TOP’ but did a very shoddy job.
Conversely, from the get go Martin did a tremendous job, he explained me the contract and he pointed out a few mistakes in Sellers Declaration.He kept me engaged throughout the inspection, explained me each and every step of the inspection, answered all my questions and concerns. He took all his time for the inspection and did not leave any stone unturned.
I was impressed that he didn’t carry his cellphone during inspection to avoid any distractions and spent every single second for inspecting the property.
I am very satisfied with his detailed inspection, I recommend him to anyone who wants to know the exact state of a property and want to learn how to keep your property well maintained.
