Nous avons plusieurs fois traités avec cette compagnie pour des chantiers et toujours payés nos factures dans les temps, malgré cela nous sommes traités comme des voleurs. Un climat de suspicion doublé d'un contact client désagréable dixit leur secrétaire Maya qui devrait apprendre à sourire au téléphone et travailler avec plus de courtoisie avec les clients. Des ingénieurs, il y en a à la pelle dans la région, des secrétaires aussi.
 The collaboration is done correctly, but the customer service abominable. We have dealt with this company several times for building sites and always paid our bills on time, despite this we are treated like thieves. A climate of suspicion coupled with an unpleasant customer contact demolishes their secretary Maya who should learn to smile on the phone and work more courteously with customers. Engineers, there are shovels in the area, secretaries too.

Je lui ai parlé du service désastreux que j’ai reçu de son employé Maya et il m’a assuré prendre ce sujet au sérieux et rencontrer son employé. J’ai toujours eu un service professionnel et j’aimais j’ai questionné l’éthique de cette compagnie. J’espère que c’est un événement isolé et je continuerai à référer cette firme car la direction ont a coeur leurs clients.
Terrible service avec l’administration. J’avais pourtant fait affaire avec eux auparavant mais plus jamais. Au-dessus de leurs affaires, vous allez vous faire dicter comment procéder.
Since my review below, the owner has contacted me to see how he can remedy the situation. I told him about the disastrous service I received from his employee Maya and he assured me that I take this matter seriously and meet with his employee. I have always had professional service and loved questioning the ethics of this company. I hope this is an isolated event and I will continue to refer this firm as the management cares about their clients.
Terrible service to the administration. I had done business with them before, but never again. On top of their business, you will be told how to do it.

Nous étions en conflit avec une autre firme qui nous avait fait un terrible travail sur les fondations de notre maison. En plus de la mauvaise qualité, ils nous ont fait payer le prix fort. Un ami avocat m'a recommandé ProspecPlus car il avait déjà travaillé avec eux dans le passé. Je ne regrette pas une seconde ! La visite a été effectuée très rapidement. Le rapport est très (très!) détaillé ce qui montre qu'ils prennent leur travail au sérieux (photos, mesures, références aux Codes du bâtiment, analyse des matériaux, estimation budgétaire, etc). Ils ont pu démontrer par A + B que nous avions été victimes de malfaçons. La Cour nous a donné raison! Pour nos nouveaux travaux de correction, je ne passerai que par eux! Merci encore et je réfèrerai cette firme sans aucune hésitation!
Very professional and excellent expert report which allowed us to assert our rights and recover our money!
We were in conflict with another firm that had done a terrible job for us on the foundations of our house. In addition to the poor quality, they overcharged us. A lawyer friend recommended ProspecPlus to me because he had worked with them in the past. I do not regret a second! The visit was carried out very quickly. The report is very (very!) Detailed which shows that they take their work seriously (photos, measurements, references to building codes, material analysis, budget estimate, etc.). They were able to demonstrate through A + B that we had been the victims of poor workmanship. The Court agreed with us! For our new correction work, I will only go through them! Thank you again and I will refer this firm without any hesitation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far one of the most money hungry firms we have ever witnessed in any industry. We hired them for a legal opinion. They were very quick to insinuate their “expert” opinion helping our legal stance prior to signing contract. However after we signed contract they overly emphasized their “ unbiased expert opinion” even in the face blatant evidence which was puzzling. Working with them was like working a street deal, with payments in advance clearly in their favour without even being able to see what was going to be in the report. Everything was about money and on top of that upfront money. They should be lawyers. I litterally brought a 150lb portion of a wall which was the blatant evidence and he was like i cant prove that is part of the wall even though i had markers and pics/videos of removal. Avoid this company at all costs they take advantage of people in distress, bring absolutley no human element into any equation aside from precontract signing. Pure snakes in the grass..Hmm the first review from some one with the same last name as the owner how lazy and interesting at the same time. Now family reviews have been deleted, so smooth. Clowns.
Response: I am not surprised you don't know who I am, Im sure everyone of your clients bring in a 150 lbs section of concrete to your office everyday. I also know that if a cheque isn't involved or this isn't a point in time that you are inducing clients pre contracts with dangling carrot, that you won't do much work to 'figure' things out. If you straight up robbed people @ gunpoint I would have more respect for you.

Stephane Downs is a pleasure to work with, extremely competent in his field, punctual, efficient and honest. I have been recommending ProspecPlus to others and look forward to working with their professional team once again.
It's unfortunate that some of the reviewers here felt the need to disparage a quality company based on flawed perception. How can you give 1 star to a company if you never even made it past an initial phone call? Or received good service (this is the part you should review), but give 1 star because you have some misogynist view on how somehow should smile over the phone?
