★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe is the best there is. Most amazing inspection, thourough in every detail. Efficient, targets the problems right to their source. Attentionate to detail, to the privacy of tenants. Most amazing attitude: calm, reassuring, smiling, and takes the time to explain his craft. And on the rates part, one of the best.
It has been 2 weeks after he treated the whole building for a mice infestation that has been there for more than 2 months, and thr results started showing a couple of days later. Waiting for his return at the monthly visit to check what happened in the basement and everywhere else!
