★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis ici depuis 2ans et j aime beaucoup très tranquille une seule chose se sont les augmentations de 20 dollars par année si au moins ils feraient des travaux en 2 ans impossible d enlever mes fenêtres pour les laver elles serait dû pour être changer mais très bon service que en on n en a besoin
 I have been here for 2 years and I really like very quiet one thing is the increases of 20 dollars per year if at least they would do work in 2 years impossible to remove my windows to wash them they would have to be changed but very good service that we don't need

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A peine 1 mois après mon arrivé infestation de punaise, mon voisin se trouvais a être un vendeur de drogue, le logement étais en très mauvais état, je demande donc quelque réparation et ont me répond comme jai pas signé rénove a neuf ont peux rien faire. Terrain mal entretenu, piscine qui nest toujours pas ouverte depuis 2 ans et voisinage laissant a désiré (pas tous). Pour le prix en plus je déconseille fortement, si possible passer votre chemin il y a beaucoup mieux ailleurs.
Barely 1 month after my arrival bug infestation, my neighbor was to be a drug dealer, the housing was in very bad condition, so I ask some repair and have answered me as I have not signed renovate a nine can not do anything . Poorly maintained land, swimming pool that is still not open for 2 years and leaving a desired neighborhood (not all). For the price and more I strongly recommend, if possible go your way there is much better elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propreté qui laisse grandement à désirer ascenseur souvent brisée appartements très petit et aucune sécurité. Forte possibilité de bibittes car beaucoup de changements de locataires.. en résumé très déçu de cet endroit non recommandé.
Cleanliness which leaves much to be desired elevator often broken very small apartments and no security. Strong possibility of bugs because many changes of tenants .. in summary very disappointed with this place not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certains blocs sont mal entretenus (Exemple bloc 6 ) les odeurs sont souvent insoutenables au rez-de chaussé et dans l'ascenseur! Au prix qu'on paie ça pourrait nettement être mieux. Cependant, l' appartement est propre. Le plus gros ic c'est vraiment l'entretien du Building.
Some blocks are poorly maintained (Example block 6) the smells are often unbearable on the ground floor and in the elevator! At the price we pay it could be much better. However, the apartment is clean. The biggest ic is really the maintenance of the Building.
