I've a patient here for about 6 years and am very glad I made the switch. Dr Azmy has always been very accommodating and sensitive to my concerns each and every time, with exceptional bedside manner. My experience has always been consistently excellent through the years. I always look forward to chatting with the staff, as well. Highly recommend with no reservations.

It's hard to find a group of people who show more care and attention not only to your teeth but also to you as a person. I hadn’t been back to the dentist since before COVID and I was so happy with the care I received. Debra was so gentle with my cleaning and very thorough making sure I was taken care of. Dr. Valerie and her team won't stop talking during any dental procedure I had gone through while there. By talking, I mean social chatter among themselves that was unrelated to the work at hand. A couple of my dental work I got from her clinic had to be redone. One filling was not quite right from the moment it was done there. I had pain with that filling and they didnt pay attention to it. About a week later it fell off. Their skills were obviously not as good as they thought. They just didnt stop talking the whole time. The worst thing was I found out later from them that the cavity was healed on its own even though only 1mm of enamel was left at the spot. I wouldnt have requested a filling if I knew earlier. They wont tell me when I asked multiple times. I had a crown work done there too. It turned out to be unnecessary also. All it needed was a simple filling. Dr. Valerie, however, would use very clever communication skill to keep you anxious about your dental health. She led me to believe there was a "scar" on that molar, and a crown work would be a more permanent solution than a filling. Well, the crown fell off within a year or so too. Again during the crown procedure she was talking to her assistant the whole time. No wonder the crown wasn't done right. A simple filling would have lasted much longer. She didn't tell me I had a lot of enamel on that tooth before she did the crown procedure. She ended up shaving a lot of enamel from this good tooth for the crown procedure. I only learned about this truth after the procedure. I had to insist on getting the photo of the tooth before and after the procedure, and ask multiple questions before she gave a semi-clear answer: which was the fact that this tooth had strong structure and didnt really need a crown. I had been trying to heal cavities naturally through a nutrient dense diet. Dr. Valerie sounds friendly and supportive but would never answer a straight question "So is my cavity stopped?" even though the pain was gone and multiple x ray at different point of time showed the cavity in question was healed or arrested or inactive. She won't tell me that and left me hanging in anxiety, until I suggest "maybe a filling should be done?" then she jumped on that opportunity and close the sales. Dr. Valerie will never say no or suggest a less invasive solution to your dental issues. She will avoid answering any question that lead to minimizing the size of her bill. She is a very talented salesperson indeed
