YMCA Camp Riveredge is an outdoor leadership camp in Calgary, take part in traditional camp games and keep active with our low ropes, challenge course, bouldering cube and archery.
About YMCA Camp Riveredge
YMCA Calgary works with hundreds of organizations in and around the city to ensure our program participants have the best YMCA experience possible. Whether the partner be a government organization, another non-profit agency or a school board, each organization benefits by learning from and working off the other’s expertise, point-of-view and experience.
Shared resources allow partners to keep costs of running programs down—meaning there are more funds available to put towards important areas, like increasing program participant numbers or purchasing necessary supplies.

All of the staff genuinely care for their campers and want to have an amazing day playing all sorts of awesome games, building forts and exploring the great outdoors with them. Their BIKE CAMP does some of the coolest things around Calgary.

I'm grateful that they are still observing COVID protocols, and feel good about having to show ID at each check-in and out. Thanks for all your hard work!!

What sets Camp Riveredge apart is the engaging and wonderful staff team and the exciting programs on site. With activities like the challenge course, low ropes, archery, the animal game, shelter building and the 2 speciality programs (Art and Bike Camp), there is something for everyone at Riveredge. Throughout the year, school bookings get to experience these wonderful programs as well as have a hands on approach to learning about the environment.
