((I ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Latte (Hot) and my cousin ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Matcha Latte. I drank mine fast I didn't get to picture it.))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place just opened up by our place. So had to try it out. I ordered the Brown Sugar Oolong Tea Latte! They just made the Pears and it was so good! Not overly sweat and perfectly cooked. Organic Milk and no Artificial flavours that’s my Jam!! Wife had the Ginger Pearl Black Tea Latte and she loved it as well. She prefers the hot drinks rather than the iced drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh fruit, good tea, good quality pearls. I also enjoy the mango sago pomelo a lot, it's like late night HK dessert in a cup.
Prices are about average for boba, but the quality is well above average. They have a loyalty app as well.
I've always enjoyed YiFang, and it's nice to have one in Royal Oak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the brown sugar milk tea. It had a very unusual creamy/rich mouthfeel. If you fill up your mouth and swirl it around, it was a very different feeling than other bubble teas I've had. I would almost describe it as an "artificial feeling" of creaminess, but you really have to try it to get the sensation. I definitely liked it, but it was certainly unique. Otherwise, the bubble tea was pretty decent - about medium sweetness. A bit low on the flavour side, but above average still. The boba was cooked perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the grass Jelly Tea Latte, Water Lemon tea and Traditional YiFang fruit tea. It was DELICIOUS!! I think YiFang is one of the best bubble/fruit tea places in Calgary!
My favorite part was being able to customize the amount of sugar in the tea ( 50% should not too sweat)
Service fast and friendly!!
Highly recommend!
