★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a rush order and needed a suit, dress shirt and dress pants done in a few hours as we had a death in the family and had to head out of town. They were more than accommodating. They didn’t charge me extra, and in fact got a discount! Clothes came out beautifully. I will definitely use again and highly recommend! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called before going in to see if they did alterations on bathing suits. I was told 'yes, we have alot of experience with swimwear. It will take 2 days.' So the next day I took in a brand new $200 swimsuit to have the straps shortened by 2". I was told, pick up would be a week later. I asked what happened to 2 days? Got no answer. Yesterday I went in to pick up the swimsuit. It looked terrible! They folded the cut ends over on top of each other and sewed across. It was just under an inch thick of material fitting at the top of your shoulder. One strap was crooked and had a piece of the material sticking out from the side. Of course i said it was unacceptable. He said they would redo it, no problem. Today i go back and both straps have tears and cuts in the material where the previous sewing was taken out and they are sewn together without as much bulk, but it looks like the dog has been chewing on it. I was upset, to say the least, my $200 bathing suit looks cheap and old, and it hasn't even been worn yet. I asked for my money back, then he argued that i shouldn't get my money back and after a bit said $12 wasn't going to break his business. All I can say about this is : if you want professional work done go to a professional! These people honestly do not know what they're doing with alterations! I have never used their dry cleaning services so have nothing to say about that part of the business. Beware of their so called seamstress!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al, the owner, is incredibly friendly, and the service is impeccable.
I called to see if they were offering tailoring, as some businesses were just starting Stage 1 COVID re-opening. Al gave me his seamstresses' hours, and when I apologized that I couldn't make it then, they offered to accommodate my availability.
I am VERY particular about how my work clothes fit. Shelly understood exactly what I wanted. I also appreciated that she wore a face mask while taking my measurements.
The workmanship is beautiful, and Al takes such pride in his business. Five Star Recommend all around, and especially for high end professional ladies' garments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 7 year old daughter's winter jacket had a broken zipper, so I called and spoke with the Owner personally. He was concerned because it was so cold out and asked me to bring the jacket in immediately for repairs. Within two days, the jacket was fixed, however he didn't like the colour of the zipper because it didn't match exactly. He allowed me to leave with the jacket because of how cold it was, and asked me to come back during a Chinook. I brought the jacket back a week later, and again, he replaced the zipper with double stitching to ensure we wouldn't have any issues. He even took the time to text/call me to make sure everything was done right. His customer service was above and beyond, professional, and genuine concern for my daughter's well being during the cold snap was so amazing! We will definitely be coming back, and highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in my white Canada Goose vest, it was pretty dirty and when I got it back it was so clean and bright, I definitely would recommend this place for cleaning designer or cloths etc, they also fixed my zipper for a very reasonable price, thank you guys !
