★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here a couple nights ago wow if you dont have lysol wipes with you I would suggest you find another hotel to stay at toilet had a brown substance on the seat floors are disgusting put the towel down it turned brown went to talk to the manager and she did not care all she said was she will talk to the cleaner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a Firefighter who stayed at the Y-5 while working the Clearwater/Barrier Wildfire this summer....the Y-5 Motel raised their rates because of the fires, so much for helping thy neighbour. There was no working smoke detector in my room, just wires hanging from a hole in the ceiling. I had to sleep in my sleeping bag on the bed because the sheets were that dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Very friendly people RV section has full service hook ups very clean and well maintained highly recommend staying at the Y5 motel and campground

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean but dated rooms. Affordable rooms, satellite TV, microwave and a coffee maker. It served the purpose for what we needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners were friendly and helpful and there is a gas station and A&W just up the road which was super convenient! My kids enjoyed seeing the horses in the yard beside! There's train tracks out back but train didn't blow whistle or make much noise (unlike in Valemount) so we enjoyed watching the trains go by also!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beds were terrible, it was like sleeping on plywood. The rooms were not very clean, not one picture on the wall, and the smoke detector kept beeping sporadically. The toilet had rusty streaks in the bowl. I will never stay there again and I do not recommend it.
