They were extremely helpful in letting me drop it off at a time that worked for me. They helped me understand what the issue was with my vehicle. I will most definitely be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review goes back to when Jimmy first opened up. He wondered how in the world he was going to make it work: fresh out of high school and pretty steep rent for the shop. . I told him to be honest and treat each customer as fairly as he'd want to be treated and he'd do just fine. He went to SCITS with one of our daughters. Word of mouth is the best advertiser!! Later on, I went in for an oil change. I stayed around in the waiting area. When they were done, be came and said that he had "good news and better news". I said, "Give me the good news first". He said that they were all done with the oil change. "The better news", he said, "was that when we were vacuuming the interior, the crevice tool got jammed up five times. Each time we went to inspect, we pulled out one of there." In his hand were five twenties. My wife had the bad habit of giving me my "allowance" while I was driving the car and the money got "lost". I asked him why he didn't just keep it. "How did I know that this was not a test?", and he returned it to me. This was back some 25 years ago. Talk about integrity. If I lived in Sarnia, I wouldn't go any place else!!!!!
