I did an order online it went through but they didn’t get the chit that goes with it, The manager was amazing she took care of it right away. The food was really good so a huge shout out the the Swiss chalet staff that was working Jan. 6th, you all were extremely busy as I could see… good job

Management is rude and difficult to deal with. Promises of a remedy go unfulfilled. This location is a disgrace to the franchise.

As I noted below the most recent time the orders were mixed up with the sides included with the wrong mains plus the buns supplied were white not muli-grain. Also as noted in my original review, our PREVIOUS experience was not through Uber Eats at all (I am aware of the difference) but had everything to do with the restaurant itself. Waiting for a take-out order for 1.5 hours since time of order is unacceptable and what is more unacceptable is a clear resistance to accepting any accountability for whatever caused it. I realize it is just a fast food outlet but I would strongly suggest that you start operating as a business that cares about it customers instead of just posting some kind of a meaningless acknowledgement that passes the buck. a day ago Ordered via uber eats last time. The food was delivered to the wrong address. My neighbour brought it to us. The order was incorrect and all food was cold. Worst experience ever. This is the second time having major difficulties. The first was after an 8 hour drive and having ordered 45 minutes in advance we waited outside for another 45 minutes. Staff was unapologetic and simply said that the delay was "posted on the web site". Attempts at notifying Swiss Chalet through their web site was never acknowledged. Terrible. Called the call service, followed the prompts and nothing just dead air. Tried again and same thing. Drove to the actual store, went inside to order take out. After waiting 10 minutes finally someone came to take my order. 5 minutes later she came back to tell me it’d be 30 minutes so I left. This is the second time I’ve tried to call in an order . Customer service has plummeted.

It arrived cold, hard and dry (over cooked) with barely no meat and barely any sauce and no bbq sauce on side. The salad was half brown and gross and had to throw half away. Only thing decent was dessert. After $36 for one meal I had to make myself something else to eat. So disappointed. Not going to order again. So not worth it.

Did not receive my substitute of gravy in place of Swiss Chalet sauce which did show on receipt that it was requested. Not in a hurry to order again! They must increase the portions, esp. the chicken pieces...much to small. We ordered Mother's Day Special. We were both still hungry when done eating even though we also received a dessert !
B	Bernie H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been going to Swiss Chalet since as far back as I can remember- only thing that's changed is the prices. Food is still good, fries are always yummy! Last time we ate there, there was only one waitress as everyone called in sick.... she done good!
