Both the reviews I read are totally wrong!
I think they wrote it because they arent good drivers and it didnt work out for them
This company gives good benefits and cares about their employees.It has an open door policy and a good mentor program.They also care about safety.
They have new equipment and regularly maintained in their own facility.
Their office staff is very friendly and helpful and the dispatch is awesome.
They have electronic loging and satellite.
If youre a bad driver and afraid of being watched over satellite then theres no room for you here
Im proud to be part of the team and hope to work here as long as I can

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started highway driving for XTL in Nov 2018 and so far all is going well. I like that the out of town trailers are mostly new(2016+) and if you find something wrong you call on the mobile mechanics to roll up and take a look see provided it's not the middle of the night! I have been in the same truck pretty much since i started,and the truck mechanics are good at keeping them rolling. The office staff are very friendly and all know you by name not your driver number thats nice. It's a good place to work,if ya lookin for shiny chrome steeds keep lookin we aint got any cus chrome dont get ya home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to work. They have benefits and they are very flexible with hours worked if you need time off for the family. I have never had a late pay cheque and it is always correct. The equipment is new and it is maintained properly. Safety Department is always around to help out the drivers when they have questions. Been here now four years and it has been a good learning experience for me.
