★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In mid December needed a quick quote for the plates cut for one of my customers . Sent a drawings to an email provided by their sales rep.
Tried to contact him again via messages on the cell . No response !
Ordered instead laser cut 1/2" plates . Of coarse way more expensive .
But the job was done on time .
And then I find out from my customer that the price was given behind my back directly to him !
I would be more than happy if they contact me first and then cut the plates !
Very unprofessional and was unfair to me and my customer.
