★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the guys were nice enough and on time but the dryer ducting inside the wall disconnected during cleaning and at the end they informed me I would require a contractor to come open up the wall to reconnect the ducting and then repair the place lol. I was taken a back and questioned them about this practice and asked if this happens regularly and they informed me it happens. And so I said a heads up that a fifty dollar cleaning could require a contractor would be nice and they said "yeah."
So I looked up a competitor Lint Busters and asked if they could re-attach the ducting without me having to call a contractor and they came this morning and fixed it in under an hour. No contractor and very professional. They informed me this happen to all people in this industry and the repair should at least be attempted as part of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say enough about these guys. Great to work with, always on time and professional, and pricing is very competitive. They are the only duct cleaning service we use now. Most recently they came out to the grain elevators on the north shore for a couple of big jobs. Came in on time and on budget as usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sincere thanks to the crew that helped unblock my dryer vent. The guys came three times the last time with a camera and managed to unblock the vent. They worked until the job was done and were friendly and courteous. I would 110% recommend this company. They provided great service and didnt give up until the job was complete. We only had a few days as there is a tenant moving in and they were very prompt and quick to resolve.

The manager, Keith was very helpful to schedule in a few days to get the appointment before Christmas, and his staff, Matt was very attentive and thorough with the service. My dryer is now running smoothly. Would highly recommend Air Vac as reliable and professional service provider.
