We have been utilizing F & G's delivery services for a couple of years now and they have never let us down. The drivers are careful, the dispatchers are helpful and friendly. What more could you ask for? A great company that we rely on weekly.

I've been working in the Vancouver areas for 2 years now. F and G was recommended to me by a Coworker when I relocated here. Ever since, I have never had to call another company for any kind of shipping or picker truck Service. Jason, Bal and the gang at F and G go above and beyond for myself and our company.

Requested a quote for a hot tub to be lifted from front driveway to backyard deck. Upon site assessment received quote for $1,300. Via email and text, authorized to pay by Visa $1,300. On date of service, wrong crane was dispatched and had no supporting tools to do the job. After five hours of waiting, help arrived and got the job partially done in 15 minutes while destroying part property. Due to the botched job and wrong crane dispatched, I incurred an extra $500 cost as the tub was lowered at the wrong place. Most of all, F&G charged my Visa for $2,000 instead of $1,300 as agreed upon quote received and, without even any invoice, advise or notification, they charge me yet again for another $471.81 blindly despite no authorization given for any charges. No invoice or explanation until requested refunding all unauthorized Visa transactions. A totally botched job, driver of crane sitting, waiting for tools he should have had for over four hours, watching movies on Amazon Prime yet F&G charging my for 7hrs of labor? It is time to step up to dishonest service.

Make sure you ask about a RATE sheet. They add multiple charges that are not disclosed over the phone when you actually book the job. That was on top of the actual truck I booked did a no show! Huge hassle to be avoided at all cost.

Worst experience of life with this company They quoted me $899 for my delivery service and charged me $2006 and they charged that amount from my visa without any notification I tried to get clarification on it but after couple months no one was able to help. it took me two months to get my invoice from this company Second problem those two drivers they sent for us both unprofessional abusive language and didn't want to do their job. I will never use them again .

I imported some composite decking and needed a local deliver company to deliver the goods to my customers. F&G handled everything including arranging the container to be destuffed and then delivered several shipments in the lower mainland. The delivery fees were very reasonable, and the handlers were careful with each shipment. My customers were very happy. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE this fraudulent company. The one-star reviews here are valid. The company was 2.5 hours late for our pick up. They were supposed to arrive at 11:30am but arrived at 2pm. On the invoice (seen in the screenshot) they charged us as if they arrived on site at 11:30am and stayed on site til 230pm at $100/hr. This despite phone record and chat proof that they did not arrive til 2pm and took 30 mins to load. Then they overcharged the drop off of our products by another $150. That is $450 of overcharges when they quoted us $550 TOTAL. The unloading/dropoff was 30 mins and they fraudulently claimed it was 2 hours even though the homeowner has a video of them unloading and was there to see them away. They use the claim of "their GPS" shows he was in the area - which means the driver can take a nap in the area and they will charge you for it. They use language on their invoice such as "Pick up Arrive" which by any ordinary English user means that is when the person arrived on site. Instead they say that is when the driver left the yard which makes no sense. When you schedule a pick up for 11:30am, one expects the Company to be there at 11:30am, not leave their yard, get gas, go to the bathroom, grab lunch and arrive whenever - THEN CHARGE YOU FOR IT AT $100/hr!!! They also use "Delivery Finish" which should mean that is when the driver unloaded the delivery and left the site. Their employee Maniesha tried to debate with me that "Delivery Finish" means that is when their Employee finished their shift for their company and went back to their yard. Again, if the employee went to the bathroom, took a break or smoke, YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT!

Crossed paths with one of their trucks this morning driving a school bus with kids on board. Driver was incredibly rude and inconsiderate of all other traffic waiting for lights at mt Lehman -Fraser hwy. then forcing his way into my lane. I’m sure the twenty plus cars he cut off were equally impressed. Hope this driver does not reflect the business so boldly advertised.
