If you’re getting your restorative work done by either Pat or Kyle at Barclay, I would highly recommend them. They are very responsive, invested in their work and very caring! Not to mention very experienced. Their attention to care to their customers is one on itself. They’re the type of people you’d want to trust. Cheers to both Pat and Kyle! Thank you for all that you’ve done and have continued to do!! Highly recommend these 2 project managers.

Terrible Company, the reviews are either 5 star or 1 star. They get staff, family and friends to write reviews to bring their rating up. Check out Pat Carss reviews! (employee). These guys should be shut down.

Barclay is a great company to work for, a great company to hire and has top industry professionals at the top of their game (which is not an easy industry to be in by any stretch of the imagination) Anyhow, great project managers, owners and staff all around, no wonder they are growing!!! Keep up the great work Barclay!

Barclay is a predatory company that takes advantage of people in dire situations. If you can hire another company please do! My family of 3 (wife 8 months pregnant and son 2 years old) condo building burnt down in August. Upon speaking to the project manager and insurance adjuster we agreed that as soon as we reached the estimate cost we would be contacted to see how we could cut costs to save us money. This agreement was reached because we were going to use a different company to handle our stuff. Barclay went $8,000.00 over budget before we ever heard from them. Not only that, we were also told that they would not be willing to budge or even have a conversation on the matter. Other issues include: Lost items that they refused to take responsibility for, charging an extra 2,000 dollars after the fact because they lost track of our dry cleaning, and even having me come out to their warehouse on a Sunday (after finding babysitting) to find out no one was working that day causing me to take more time off of work. Please seek other services and don't let Barclay's take advantage of you and your family in a predatory situation. Barclay cost me and my family $7,000 and possibly more. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST.

Our entire experience has been outstanding during a stressful time. We had water damage in our upstairs bathroom. Our Project Manager Pat is always on top of the job, knowledgeable, and responsive. He gave us a thorough assessment of our situation, with a fair timeline. His team, both in the office and in the field, is very professional and friendly. From start to finish working with Barclay exceeded all expectations. Five stars all around!

Our neighbour accidentally flooded our apartment and we hired Barclay and I wish I didn't. Their response time is decent but it went downhill from there on. There's a serious lack of communication from the project manager. Throughout the entire process, I’m not sure he fulfilled any of his responsibility. I had to call Barclay myself to get the repair schedule. To add on that, when I called, the project manager went on vacation, which was never communicated to us either. As the PM, I see him as the point of contact, informing customer the repair schedule and your vacation plan during the project period is the basic courtesy. For the longest time, we were left hanging don’t know if we should extend our hotel or not. You can imagine how we felt when we saw the schedule and found out we had to wait 2 weeks with no work done. Like the other review said: "The worst project planning as they don't think about the client's needs." Nor do they think about the inconvenience that their clients are going through. The workers who came to do the job were actually all good, they were on time and completed each task efficiently. If not for them, I'd give zero star.
