★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin, from epic restoration, came to fix our ceiling because the neighbours above us flooded their place. He was on time, professional and quick. He never left a mess and did an even BETTER job than what was done before. Joe and Jim, the guys who lined the job up, were also super punctual, reliable and professional. I 100% would recommend epic restoration to EVERYONE! Thanks guys!!

Joe Rorke was very accommodating as he worked with me to overcome some unusual barriers to complete this job. As POA for my brother, but living in the USA, Joe communicated regularly throughout this job, sent detailed estimates, and sent me pictures of the renovation progress and completion. I certainly will look to him if I have need to in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as EPIC got the approval from Strata to proceed with the water damage due to sewage backup of one unit, causing a lot of damage to many units and public area, Joe contacted the owners to make arrangement. He's very responsive, professional and did an excellent job in replacing the damage to my apartment. Highly recommend them for any restoration work. Thanks Joe and his team. Well done! Leslie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Epic. I had a big flood in my condo due to a water leak. Joe Rorke and his team did an amazing job in restoring my condo from drying the moisture, removing damaged wood floors and replacing them. Joe and his team at Epic were prompt, efficient and very helpful. They guided me kindly and knowingly through the month long work which was pretty unsettling because of the damage. They addressed all my my concerns and restored the condo to our great satisfaction. I would recommend Epic Restoration quite strongly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We experienced water seepage from behind the shower tiles in the master bedroom ensuite of our 3 year old condo and called on Epic Restoration to perform the repairs. As the issue involved a slow leak over time, our insurance company would not cover the costs nor would the builder and developer, Reddale Construction and Quadra Homes so we were left to repair the damage out of our own pocket. From the minute Joe walked in and examined the initial damage to the final completion of the project, we experienced nothing but professionalism and exemplary quality of work from the highly skilled tradespeople who worked on the job. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and accommodating and we could not be happier with the work performed. The cost was incredibly fair and the initial estimate was right on track with what the final total turned out to be. There were no hidden costs and no surprises and the job that was done was absolutely beautiful...far more beautiful than the original ensuite! I would recommend this company time and time again and if we ever need restoration work done in the future we will most definitely be calling on Epic to perform the work. Thank you to Joe, Jim, Meagan, Grady, Adam and Kevin for the wonderful job done-you are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent response by Epic Restorations. Joe quickly surveilled the roof leak damage and knew what had to be done. The crew involved in the textured ceiling repair and painting of walls led by Kam were extremely careful in wrapping everything in plastic before the did any work (filling, sanding and painting). A great job by all concerned. Highly recommended.

I was dreading going through it again, but what an absolute pleasant experience I had with Epic, from day 1 until the repairs were completed. Joe and Jim eased all my concerns, communication was excellent and my home looks even better now than it did before. The workers were clean, professional and VERY talented. It was a joy to have them in my home. They made a lifelong customer for any future work done I’ll need on my house. Thank you Epic!
