We experienced excellent communication throughout so we always knew what and when things were going to happen. The quality of their work was outstanding due to the high level of experience of the leadership on the team and the expectations they set. Remdal had enough painters to get the job done quickly and efficiently so that any disruption to our residents was minimized. I highly recommend Remdal for any project you are considering. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On behalf of Sandhurst Strata, I would like to comment on the work done by Remdal for our Strata Complex of 72 units.
Your employees were always willing to listen to any homeowner who had a concern or question. We have some elderly homeowners and they were so impressed that your employees would help move any patio furniture to either start or complete the work
The site was left in great shape. We had a drop off area that we designated for your employees and they were very good about using that area and keeping it clean
With many of our townhouses needing repairs and replacement of fascia boards before painting was done, we were very impressed that your employees always made sure the area was cleaned up quickly
All the senior staff kept us well informed of any changes to the schedule we planned on following. We had very few concerns as we felt we had picked a company we could trust and respect to do a great job. We were not disappointed at all.
After the project was completed, we did a walk through with a few of our own council members and your team. There were a few things we noted needing to be corrected. These were quickly corrected.
Your employees treated this job like they were working on their own homes. They took great pride in the job they did and they were not happy until we were happy. They never complained about having to take time out to discuss the job with any homeowner. I have had so few comments that were not 100% positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has been working on a roof project at my building for quite some time. They have left the front door area of the building in a mess, blocked off chaotically making the building look like garbage. Metal gates half hanging by different ropes and cords, black netting strewn about, and red tape clumsily tied from their equipment to our potted trees. I understand the need for a safety block off (though it seems to have been there for a very long time), but do it neatly as though you care about the building and it’s residents. I would never personally hire this company for any reason.

Environment means a lot at our office and they managed to fix up our marked up walls and gave the place a perfect new warm white coat of paint. We were so impressed with their attention to detail while also doing a really quick job. They team was respectful, professional, and punctual. Thanks again Remdal.
